I lay on the back of the passenger seat to get a tissue, open the bag and throw it away. It is quite difficult to open and close this way (from the front seat) as the spring mechanism is very taut. But well done and worth it. Putting a box of tissues in the tissue box will reduce trash space by 5 inches. The litter box starts at the top of the tissue box and doesn't hold plastic bottles and other large litter. This is the only downside. I will be traveling so I need to bring a box of tissues.

It really works for us. I love a full box of Kleenex, not a travel size. I can easily pull out the napkin even though the bottom of the organizer is hanging/not fixed. (It hangs on headrest bars with Velcro.) I've used the bottle pockets a few times. The size of the trash is small, but it's good if you empty it when you fill it up. I bought this for a 2019 Honda Odyssey to fit on the 2nd row center seat for the back row passengers to use. The nylon strap used to attach to the headrest is thin and slips off easily. The bottom half of this item is for a full size rectangular tissue box only. A box of a different size will not fit. I was looking for a trash can for my car, but I also wanted a place for tissues, so it was the perfect combination. I bought this part because I wanted the rear seat passengers to be able to sit comfortably without touching their leg or taking up legroom.
