I am using this mainly when working with client machines. It is heavy duty and is working well. Time will tell if the plastic spring clip holds up with frequent inserts and removals.

I have used cat6 before and when I was looking to get a little more I found this cat8. It has increased noticeable speed and connection to the vast interwebs. I was worried that I wouldn't be noticed because it it one of those things of forest for the trees. But yes, I would recommend for the price and for the speed.
