Perfect for preventing the door from being opened too hard and damaging the wall. They were installed a few months ago and the repaired wall received no new damage.

I would not recommend these hinge stops. They damaged the paneling around our doors and made dents in the wood. The product description says they won't, but they do. Beware.

Don't worry. The rubber round stop is so weak that the metal breaks through very easily. Clear stickers help prevent this, just move under pressure and do nothing.

They are designed solely to fit a door hinge pin and not every door will fit, but in cases where the door has a removable hinge pin that fits these doorstops it is perfect. Storm doors and some entry doors do not have hinge pins. These are doors you want when you turn to keep the wind from blowing them open so they don't hit an unintended doorstop like a deck grill. I would like to see a similar product but designed for a storm door.

I like the simple things in life best. These doorstops are one of those things. Beautifully painted to match my library doors. Simple and easy installation. There is no binding or noise and is adjustable over a wide range. And the price was reasonable too.

Well I was hoping this would solve my son's doorstop problem before he hits the wall but unfortunately the pin is still too short at its longest length. I'm not entirely sure why stopping something at 90° would be so difficult, but it didn't work.

In most cases they work well, look better and don't need holes i. Wall. One of them broke in half. We have kids and our house had a lot of contractors who might have slammed our doors so I don't know under what circumstances it broke.
