Description of HireGate

HireGate was created for Recruiters, by Recruiters at People Science. As an RPO partner that has operated in over 22 different types of Applicant Tracking systems, People Science continuously found themselves creating work arounds that augmented their client ATS completing the HR technology cycle. As a result HireGate became an easy to use, high functioning technology solution that can be used in conjunction to a companys current systems or as a standalone.

Good application for source of talent

I like how it is able connect with our applicant tracking system which allows us access all candidate data from one place - this saves time! It's also very user friendly once you get your head round some features (like using multiple search fields) so not much dislike about my experience yet but there will come another software when we are looking forward too change things up again :) Great tool if you need extra functionality such as sourcing candidates into specific departments within job…

  • The ease at finding suitable employees for roles in an efficient way, saving loads o' money by cutting down hours spent searching through various databases to check CVs/resumes that aren't relevant or even real applications coming across via different sources.all saved directly onto hiregate database where can see exactly what needs doing next!!Great

JobMate has made searching for talent and connecting to top caliber professionals easy

The ease with which you are able find candidates who fit your criteria is amazing! I have been really impressed so far - it's intuitive but also very powerful once one gets comfortable using all its features (and there ARE MANY!). It makes finding qualified applicants much easier than other solutions we've tried previously.- You cannot search specific skills/experience- There isn't any way currently within this software platform where someone could see what they need before applying vs having…

Perfect for finding and managing candidates!!!

The ability to track all our applicants is one thing I love about this software! It's very user friendly too so it doesn't take long before you're able to adjust everything how your business needs are met with hiring new talent into positions within yours organization!!
