I liked that they were able for me to get directly connected with the manager, even though it was not my first day at work! It is good because you don't have to worry about being assigned someone if your supervisor isn't around when needed. Sometimes there wasn't much actionable information from what their profile showed or past reviews (not all profiles show previous reviews).
