Bought wider belts a few times and they lasted a few years. This time they were sold out so I picked them. When I received them I wasn't sure how long lasting they would be but they worked fine for our weekly delivery.

Bought these to extend my dog's leash and used one on a homemade dog bike mount so it has some sort of gift at stake but not so much weak. Works perfect. plus I used in my truck bed - it makes a great inexpensive gift for someone with a truck or for camping. Too bad they arrived reflective.

Cords are fine but the pivot pin on the spring loaded leg is very weak/loose. It broke on first use. I used them to replace a worn out 6ft bungee that came with my luggage cart - no critical use otherwise I would return/exchange them. I would not use them on a car roof rack. Sufficient for a luggage trolley and around the house/garden.

The hook on one end broke before I could attach it. The photos in the description show steel carabiners, but they are actually lightweight aluminum. Since I don't have time to wait for a replacement and had a steel hook on hand, I keep the defective product to myself. I need this bungee to function and last long so I'm disappointed. I'll keep that in mind if I need more in the future.

Elastic cords are fine, but snap hooks are junk. I used them on dog ties for several weeks. I tie them to the anchor and then tie the rope to the bungee. Therefore, if the dog runs to the end of its leash, it will not be injured. This concept works great. These bungees can NOT be closed because the carabiners no longer close. I will have to buy new equipment. Maybe I should have just bought better bungees?

These straps are as described, they do what they are supposed to do and my name sums it up. A good buy. Follow-up: The lower movable hook closure broke when attaching to the metal bar on the trolley. On closer inspection I noticed that the moving part of the hook is made of black plastic NOT metal as shown in the picture. So I'm downgrading my original 5 star rating to 2 stars.

I bought these because they looked great and the extra long length made them perfect for my specific needs. Unfortunately they didn't stop me. The carabiners were smaller than shown in the pictures, which wouldn't have been a big issue, except the build quality wasn't great. In the end, they bent and deformed so much that they could no longer be fixed. I live in an earthquake country and was looking for something that would help keep books and the like at least semi safe from collapsing in the event of a medium to large earthquake. Buyer Tip: Be sure to select a cable that is perhaps a foot shorter than the span you are trying to attach. You want the cable to be taut, not slack, when pulled out.
