- fits like OEM (no gaps or air leaks) - easy to install - blocks enough sun so no sunglasses required - not too dark to use at night

It goes without saying that any tinted visor will be dark at night, including this one. Unless you're directly under a street light I could barely see out at night but works great during the day.

Good HJC brand, easy quick assembly, great sun protection. I haven't tried it at night yet. The main problem is that it doesn't seal well and a lot of air flows inside. This morning, on the way to work, my eyes were watering 😞

THIS IS VERY reflective to those looking at my visor. They can't see me, but I can see them clearly. Too bad they are not polarized. Would make for an even clearer ride. They are not too dark to see the road safely. The set was excellent.

I have a HJC CL-17 helmet. The visor fits perfectly. I love that it's almost untinted so I can see through my sunglasses during the day, but at night I can see with the visor down with no problem. A very high quality purchase. I had no issues with the packaging it came in and it fit my helmet exactly as advertised.

Okay, I really love this visor - the shade on it is perfect when I don't need to wear sunglasses at all while riding, but it's not even remotely too dark. It's still bright and clear. Love it. It's not perfect for my particular CL-17 helmet, but we're talking about a few millimeters of deflection - no big deal.

So I didn't use this visor in the traditional sense. I used to finish the visor on a helmet that we 3D printed for my son's Halloween costume. The visor needed some trimming and warming up to get it on properly, but it turned out great. It fogged up a bit during outdoor use and probably needs some sort of anti-fog coating for good visibility.
