Waste of Money for my opinion

Based on my observations, this product is a complete disappointment. The installation process was confusing and time-consuming, and once installed, the camera still didn't function properly. The only pro is that it claims to be weatherproof, but even that seems questionable. Save yourself the money and frustration and look elsewhere for a better camera accessory.

The product fails within 2 weeks with the message "Load error detected ".

Worked about two weeks, then still says "Load error detected. Disconnect and reconnect the charger from the camera connector side. If this error persists, read the KB article on charging errors in and out a few times, changed batteries, even tried using a different camera and outlet but the cable isn't working properly.

Don't listen to the doubters, this is a great product

Doesn't fit or charge Arlo Pro properly. Fortunately, I can report that it fits well (it's tight, but that means it won't let water through) and charges the Arlo Pro well. Other browsers may have had faulty devices, but mine works fine. Note that the Arlo Pro doesn't charge with a USB charger, those don't work at all for my iPhone, but the one that came with this cable works great.
