    I ordered this and received 1 filter instead of 2. I returned 1 filter with the label printed on it and received 2. Now I will be charged for the returned one

    Worth the money - heating, cooling and air quality

    Ordered several times. Bought an air purifier for a bunch of people for Christmas a few years ago. Since then, they've been given a new package for Christmas every year to get them through the next year. Everyone is so thankful.

    Got 2 in a 2 pack!

    After reading several negative reviews about "Holmes HAPF300AHD True HEPA Allergen Remover Air Purifying Filter (Pack of 2)" we were concerned that it was actually 1 pack , which was erroneously labeled as 2. nope! We received 2 original AER1 allergen removal filters and so far so good!

    Good deal, works great

    **Updated on 12/20, just changed and seems to have worked! Photos of the old filter are included alongside the new one. Was glad to find them as my pad was ten years old! They fit great, so far a month later they are working well. Helps with pet and kitchen odors in our home.

    Must have if you have allergies

    I'm severely allergic to dust and pollen (especially in spring) so I had to buy a new filter to prepare for spring. This filter is very easy to replace and lasts a long time. True HEPA so I can sleep like a baby without waking up in the middle of the night with breathing problems.

    They clean the air for spare parts and accessories

    My rented apartment must be very dirty because the filters are white at first and turn black after a short while in winter. I think they should be filtering for a few months but I know they are doing their job because there is hardly any dust on the furniture and I don't see any dust in the air near the windows when the lights are on.

    NOT for HAP-240 for air purifier parts and accessories

    Update tool to make sure it's the right filter. This will NOT work on the HAP-240 due to the two tabs at the top (or bottom). Please let me know what filters I can use for HAP-240. The filters I used previously, "HAPF-30 HEPA/Charcoal Filter", seem to no longer exist. I took a picture but there doesn't seem to be a link to send it. Many Thanks.

    Why subscribe? Best in Parts & Accessories

    Filters work as they should. The value is the same as what I can buy from Target but the convenience of home delivery. HOWEVER, we subscribed to this item and it's sold out! As a result, our current delivery is being delayed or skipped altogether due to the supplier running out of stock for their subscriptions. Subscribing to a product should mean they have enough inventory to guarantee delivery to subscribers.

    They Clean the Air - Air Purifier Parts & Accessories

    Upgrade your tool to ensure it is the correct filter. This will NOT work on the HAP-240 due to the two tabs at the top (or bottom). Please let me know what filters I can use for HAP-240.
