The ability to create really cool 3D models and place them over real world environments. I can design my own objects that I'd like to place into a scene, add lighting, textures etc. Then it's just a matter of dragging and dropping it into the scene/environment I created previously. It's a bit clunky at first but as you become more accustomed to it it becomes easier and faster.
