Although the product looks good, I have also received duplicates. I have two cleaning brushes but no spatula. I'll update when I get a response from the manufacturer to see how they resolve the issue.

A little disappointed after reading all the other reviews and people loving this set. I bought this for my fiance for Christmas and when he grabbed the steak with tongs and turned it over it just kept slipping out. The pliers don't hold up well. Looks nice but isn't really functional. Wouldn't buy again.

Bought this grilling product this summer and am impressed with the looks and ease of use. I like the overall feel and ease of use of the tools. The product is expensive compared to some other grilling tools on the market, but I think it's a one-time investment, go for it. The investment is worth it.

Great concept and nice set but poor execution in grill cleaner. The brush literally fell apart after ONE use! For this price I expected better. To be honest I didn't call the company to request service so I don't know if they would be helpful but I'm very disappointed. Rusted after a short time. LEAVING

As you can see in my photo the wire brush is pathetic! This photo was taken after ONE use! All the wires immediately began to fall off. For your information, I applied very light pressure. The rest of the instruments are fine. The tongs are bulky and difficult to use with heavy or delicate foods, but they work well with hamburger buns. If I could return this product I would.

This set is basically good, but after 2 cleanings the brush literally fell apart and the bristles unfortunately fell into the grill, since it was dark outside when we grilled, that's what happened to some of us didn't notice bristles got stuck and got into the burger! Thank god the hamburger was served to an adult who chews food and found it in his burger and not a kid!

The tools are light as is the body that screams 'cheap'. They are easy to use and clean. I wish there was a second brush, like in some other sets. The skewers are a nice addition but barely fit into the case, denting at both ends and causing them to bend easily. The tweezers must be kept closed and fastened with Velcro in the middle of the body while feeling a lot of tension. As the velcro gets dirtier and more worn I don't think it will last very long; I wish they had a clasp at the base like…

Anyone who says it's well built either doesn't know what it's going to look like or is a paid reviewer. It's stamped steel. The problem with this stamped steel is that it's not hardened in any way, meaning that while it's flexible, it's not tensile. This means you can bend it, but it won't burn on its own. So basically it's a trash business. He wasn't in the right temperament. So don't expect to mash the burgers on the grill to release the fat. Or so you don't have to scrub with a wire bristle…
