Attractive boomerang, but very fragile.

Looks good, but do not attempt this unless you are near a sidewalk, driveway, or road. Five minutes after we threw this boomerang, instead of being thrown, it landed in our driveway and broke in two. I contacted the seller and was told we shouldn't have used this next to the driveway. I think it's our fault that we don't live in or near a big open field. The seller offered to refund half the price but never did.

  • NOTES. It takes some technology to bring back the blue boomerang. Please be patient and practice. Please take one more step to flatten the boomerang before use.

Broke before I could complete the return

It was fun to use and confuse my dog but ended up breaking in two after two days of use and maybe 10 throws. I was expecting it to be more durable for something relatively difficult to learn. Yes, I know nothing is unbreakable, but I figured I had about 10 tries to figure out how to get this thing back to me. I'll probably buy plastic boomerangs to replace this.

I was convinced it would be a disappointment, I didn't think boomerangs worked differently than in .

When my son asked me about this I was sure it would be a disappointment, I didn't think boomerangs worked except in movies but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only does it work (with practice lol), but it's now one of my son's favorite toys! This will make a great unique birthday gift for future birthdays!
