This device is very well insulated and works as described. Our favorite pizzeria is more than 20 minutes from our house. This tote was the perfect addition to my car to keep all types of luggage warm during my drive home. The box is big enough that you can use it for other things besides pizza. recommend.

I work in a food delivery business and this is a great item. Investing in this product increased my tip! I was able to take a pizza that was warm to the touch and when I got to the delivery location it was hot. It's as if the product absorbs all the heat from the food, creating an oven. I'm buying a second one for my multiple orders. Will definitely continue to use/order replacements with this brand!

I had the traditional red grocery bag that was used in most food service establishments for delivery. I wrapped 3 large 14 inch raw frozen hard pizzas from a local pizza place that my daughter LOVES! I shrink wrapped them, put them back in each pizza box and packed all 3 in this container. I flew from Norfolk, VA to Austin, TX on a 6 hour journey including one stop. They were still stone cold and ready for my daughter's freezer! Amazingly insulated and roomy bag.

I only have one comment on this bag. It's very, very durable. I mean I'm a great bag. But you might want to know how to get mold smell out of a bag. I'm trying to get rid of the smell but it's pretty strong. Ventilated even kept in the sun. If anyone has any suggestion let me know otherwise it's a good bag. It's well made and compact, but still carries a lot. If you know how to get rid of mold smell, I say do it and buy this bag. If you don't mind a moldy smelling grocery tote bag, I advise you

Got this during the pandemic to hot take out orders for the whole family, I can fit 4 large pizza boxes and there is still room to put wings in, I have it for others too orders used. Set it aside and I can fit an entire order of chili for 4 (6 containers of clams) and still have room for more. It seems fragile until you put food in it, don't be fooled before using it.
