This is a great straightener. My only issue is that the temperature dial is right where your hand/thumb lands on the button. This is annoying because after I set it, I sometimes look down to see that the setting has changed and the light is flashing to heat or cool the comb to the correct temperature. This can be frustrating, especially when you're in a hurry.

Due to the pandemic, the delivery of this item has taken some time. However, when I received it, the hot comb was packaged very well. Box and comb were undamaged. I honestly didn't expect the quality of the comb to be that good. It's durable and doesn't get hot, although I really only use it to style the top of my wigs.
