I've been looking for trousers that fit my baby in cloth diapers for a long time! I bought a size 6-9M for my 7 month old 18lbs. The waist fits great, I can imagine that it will last a few more months. The price is good too, but the material is really worth it. I don't like the seams on the bottom of the legs, I don't know why they do that.

Our son outgrew his first pair of Honest pants and I couldn't check the size. They were newborns. I ordered a size for 3-6 months as he will be 3 months soon and all other clothes for 0-3 years will run small. But the pants are big. Must be reordered in 0-3. Although the quality is excellent.
