I used this to replace a very old Honeywell L4064A3046. The model number has been deleted so it may be the wrong model number, the shaft length was 11.5 inches. If you were to buy a new OEM L4064A3046 today, it would only be 11 inches. I really don't know why that is. But this L4064B2210 is an almost exact replacement for mine, except my old one didn't have a manual fan button.
