Poorly listed product

It was worthless it does not fit my grill and was ordered for the correct model. I would not recommend this product for anyone.

Pros
  • Fit perfectly, installed easily, and great value.
Cons
  • Didn't fit our grill when it said universal and also recommended for our grill. Disappointed in it.

Needle seems to stick

It was a perfect fit and looks exactly like the one that came with my grill, but when grilling, the needle seems to stick at certain temperatures. I determined this after it didn't look like it was as hot as it should have been, so I tapped the glass face and the temperature instantly jumped by 100 degrees.

Hot Product good for me

This was a great replacement for an old grill I was restoring. It comes up to temperature fast and it had the correct bolt and post configuration on the back.

  • Fit perfectly, works just fine after about 3 months of usage. I'd buy again.

  • Can be difficult to read in low light conditions

Fit My Charmglow 4-Burner Grill Perfectly.

Fit perfectly, easy install and great price/value. Would highly recommend to others with this grill or any other grillwith this hole configuration.

Couldn't have been better. Even came with flared nuts to keep nuts at end of nut driver when installing. Exactly what I wanted!

Good quality thermometer

Installation was simple, as other users have noted. Just remove 2 nuts, pull the old unit out, install the new one, and torque down the nuts. I hope and expect it to last another 5 years.

  • The bolts in the back could not handle the heat ,so they melted off on our food.

Perfect replacement thermometer for Aussie Uluru Elite 4

I purchased this to replace a broken thermometer on an Aussie Uluru Elite 4. It fit perfectly and installed in a couple minutes. The only tricky part is getting the washers back in place without losing them inside the grill cover.

  • It fit perfect. It should come with a new gasket, though.

  • JUNK foged up water condenced inside

Cheap garbage that intermittently works

Very inconsistent temps. Easy to install but lacks insulation for grill side like original and full of water after one rain storm.

Fits my Grillmaster 58". Unfortunately after a mist of rain the thing fogged up. Hopefully is still works if and when the fogged lens clears up.disappointed.

Not a complete replacement

Although it fit properly and seems to show an accurate temperature, it did not come with a replacement seal. When I removed the factory thermometer, there was a seal between the thermometer and the grill hood. This replacement thermometer did not come with a seal and as a result, moisture gets into the thermometer and makes the gauge difficult to read.

Perfect replacement for Grillmaster

I have an older Grillmaster, and the thermometer was sticking. This was easy to replace and works perfectly! Threaded attachment can be hard to get on/off!

Needs 3 mounting holes to work

Beware of the two mounting studs that are not mentioned or shown in the description. Won't work on my grill. Sending it back.

Not accurate good for me

Thermometer seems solidly built and fits nicely as a replacement for my Aussie grill. However, the temperature reading is about 100 degrees F higher than actual. I have 2 other thermometers that I compared it against. When this reads 450 F, the other two show the grill to be at 350 F. Disappointed in the accuracy.
