🧹 Hoover 48414081 Elite Legacy Futura Tempo 4 Row Brushroll Review

I was able to avoid buying a new vacuum by buying this one which works great in my old Hoover Lightweight ad. The bearings on my old whisk melted, so this roller brush was a real lifesaver.

This brush is the perfect replacement for a very old Hoover Elite. Although it's a very hard plastic, over time cleaning can pick up things that can damage the roller. Works exactly like an OEM part and the bearings allow it to rotate freely,

My brushroll was binding and chewing on the belt. It took a bit of perseverance to diagnose the problem, but when we realized that the brushroll would no longer "wobble" after we removed the long hairs and attached this replacement, presto! Repaired and fully functional again. Much better than buying a new vacuum (we LOVE using dust bags!).

We had an old vacuum cleaner in our cabin that was used a lot. Recently one of the cleaners smelled smoke - an old beater jammed and - well, stopped working. I checked the parts list and found that the rod is still available. Took it to the salon and it went in easily and perfectly. Great it was a great fit and we have an updated vacuum.

This roller has two rows of bristles compared to the original which only had one row. I didn't know if my old roller was worn out, but after so many years I figured it probably was. When I compared the length of the bristles to my old one, they were the same, but the originals weren't as stiff. I changed the old one and put on the new belt while I was there. Wow!
