I just bought and used this block for the first time. Within the first few minutes of use, I noticed that all of the solution drained out of the bottom of the device and the solution reservoir was completely drained in seconds.

Hoover Onepwr handheld vacuum is complete junk. Everything in the product sucks, but it doesn't collect water. My device used after 3-4 leaked solution and was completely inoperable. I have told the seller how to solve this problem but I have not received any response or apology. Stay away from this product and seller.

This is a terrible product. My onepwr floor is clean. This works very well. So I figured it would be a good addition to spot cleaning our carpet. We have small dogs, that would be very helpful. But it flows very badly. This is the second one I've bought. The first leaked heavily after 4 days, this only started to leak after 2 days. So now I'm requesting a refund.

As others have pointed out there is an issue with cleaning solution leaking from the bottom of the machine. When I first used this it worked great. The second time I noticed a small leak. The third time, the entire bottle of cleaning solution spilled onto the carpet. I could see if I had used it and something was clogged. As with all other reviews, it leaks VERY. The liquid is poured out. At first everything is fine. Then, a few days later, the liquid from the cleaning solution tank leaks out the bottom of the machine, causing a huge mess. After it happened to the 1st I put it back on a new block and the same thing happened. It's a shame because when it worked it was very quick to use being lightweight and wireless. I have an old dog and brought this product with me because the other car I bought was terrible!
