Bad product. Doesn't heat well, even on max. The hood isn't adjustable and won't close. My mother is very unhappy with it. And just found out that the return window has already passed 1 day! Dissatisfied!

This is better than most, but still ok. It has different heating modes, which is always a good thing. It's very loud, so it's difficult to use headphones. It's louder than strong. Circulation is better than most dryers I've tried.
