It says so and it works as described. I'm only giving it a 4 because it's a different shade of gray than the original part in the dishwasher. So if you're trying to sell your house or apartment and you just replace one, a keen observer will know something went wrong because they're different colors. But they come in packs of 2 so you can replace both.

The only good thing was that the parts arrived quickly. Parts were completely broken, indicating cheap, brittle plastic or poor quality. On a positive note, the parts broke before they went into my dishwasher. They would of course later break and end up at the bottom of the filter system, which would be a problem. I hope this is not indicative of the types of parts this company supplies and confusion.

Parts were fine, I ordered 2 packs as an extra even though I only needed 1. Glad I did, 1 was broken in half. They were a little different than the originals and were a bit more difficult to snap into place. But when it's in place, it works great. I only gave 3 stars because of the damage, otherwise 4 stars. I have had regular problems with the original rails on my Whirlpool dishwasher. Normally the right one would detach and fall to the bottom of the washing machine. I put it back in place and we resumed the dance. Finally, one of the displaced brackets merged with the bottom of the washing machine.
