I use these to add my crushed hot peppers so I can freeze them into small cubes and use them in cooking. The only issue I have with this product is that frozen peppers are difficult to get out of the ice tray.

I knew they would be more difficult to remove because the cubes are small, but after using them a few times I found them not an easy way to get the dice out. Basically I have to pour them straight onto the countertop and then collect them in a jar. If I had to do it again, I would refuse this product.
