I just received these clips and started using them for a lifetime, I can't speak to them but I ordered them for my young children's clothes hangers . , for $1.50 each at Walmart for clip-on hangers, seemed worth a try. Just received today. I've used about 30 so far. Some of my felt hangers were flimsy, so I folded the cardboard strip containing the clips in thirds. I then put it on a hanger before putting the clip on it. This effectively tightens the grip to keep them from slipping. They go best with my Dollar Tree black flocked coat racks. Some clips in the package hold hangers better than others. I advise you to try different ones to find the most suitable one. That's the beauty of getting 100 packs. I will
