Even with the XL cartridge, this ink cartridge does not create the specified number of pages. The ink doesn't last long and I only print drafts and print plain text pages. I rarely print in color, but my color cartridge is the same. I've never had an HP printer use as much ink as this 3700 series printer, and the ink cartridges are so light they feel empty when you put them in. Come on HP, fill those cartridges to the end!

The printer message says the cartridge failed after printing maybe 15 pages or less. The cartridge has spread all over the printer. Apparently it's too late to go back to Revane as it was only from December 6th. Aggravating. I didn't even know the cartridges were defective!

This ink cartridge must have been half full. Or maybe defective. Since receiving this product I have only printed 106 pages. Actually, my printer is brand new and I've only printed 106 pieces. It's blank enough not to print anything with black ink at all. That's ridiculous. Definitely NOT a high yield. Very disappointed with this show.

The cartridge was recognized by my printer for the first batch of prints. However, then my printer kept saying that the cartridge was not installed correctly. I've tried cleaning the ports and reinstalling the cartridge, but that didn't work. I had to go and buy a regular black cartridge to put in my computer. The original cartridge worked without any problems. I wasted my money on this cartridge.

I've had an HP Envy 5052 since July 2019 and I keep running out of ink. As a student, I need a reliable printer. I thought buying size XL would help me. Instead it messed up my printer! I installed the cartridge as I always have. I have printed once since I received this. When I went to print today, my printer kept saying that the gas station had stopped. I agree with many other reviews that these XL cartridges don't last very long. Something wrong. I've bought them from office supply stores many times and they've lasted much longer. The ones I just bought are more suitable for regular cartridges. When these many people keep saying the same thing, it needs to be investigated. We are bred!

These cartridges are rubbish. I spent money on an HP printer and after you've printed about 10 pages it stops and asks you to put in a new cartridge. I literally popped one in last week and only printed a few pages and now just popped in another one. This is absolutely the WORST printer in terms of cartridge performance. And for all the emphasis on the environment, these printers and cartridges fill landfills. I once had a printer brother who printed forever. Now these printers are nothing but…

This is the first time I have received a bad cartridge. . . I wonder what I can do about it. I paid a lot for this ink cartridge and I want to get a replacement. I haven't printed 30 pages yet and every time I try to print a cartridge the light comes on. I take out the cartridge, shake it and put it back in. The light goes off, but then only 1/4 of the next page is printed and the light comes on again. My printer is only 8 months old and has always worked well until I bought this cartridge.

If you think you're getting "up to" 300 pages per cartridge from the factory, think again. Having bought this product four times I can say that you don't even get 100 black and white copies, which is less than on a standard cartridge. My advice: give your money, send a printout to someone like Staples and get rid of your HP together. This is nothing more than a scam.
