Exactly what I expected. Have been using their products for many years. I prefer to use the supplier's ink with their products to avoid problems.

The product is ok but the packaging is a real bear. They use so much glue that it's impossible to separate two boxes. Therefore, you must plan to store two folded boxes until both toners are used up.

This was the best price online for two HP OEM toners for my HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi printer. Due to my bad experiences in the past, I have never trusted compatible toners. Never had a problem with OEM and HP products. For the price I would definitely recommend.

The toner is from HP, so it is an original product. For us this is the most important thing and we don't buy any other brand. We ordered two packs and the item was described and inspected prior to purchase. Be sure to check compatibility with your printer. As the model hasn't been changed in a while, it was a solid replacement and at a great price.

I loaded toner into our printer and the printer reports an error. I need to print a page, but it's red on the back. I see red color coming from the black toner cartridge. After trying again by turning the printer off and on again, it works, but I still see red on the paper. I know that a very old printer can be part of the problem, but I don't understand why a cartridge designed for black toner is leaking red.

It seems to work fine. We only use official HP toner. I can't tell if it matters or not as that's all we have. I really hate it when a printer/cartridge says it can't print anymore due to the amount left in the cartridge when obviously it's still printing fine, but I suspect it has a lot more to do with HP and the printing Has. the industry as a whole, so this particular product didn't bother me.
