WITHOUT TONER! Office Supplies

This toner arrived without other toner. The printer WILL NOT WORK if ALL the toners are not available. Check your OPTIONS! Also, there was no separate toner in the other box. I don't know what's going on, but Prime bookings are taking longer than two days.

Was good at first

I have about 50 pages in a new (refurbished) toner cartridge and it works well. The printer recognizes it and indicates that the cartridge is full. I've had bad luck with remanufactured cartridges in the past but so far so good with this one. The cartridge has a one year guarantee so I will try to return the product.

Cartridge Defective

Sinus I installed this cartridge and my printouts started with streaks and ended with thick black horizontal lines on almost all of the printouts. I recently replaced it with a different cartridge and all my printouts are fine.

Save yourself the hassle and just buy HP Toner

I bought this compatible toner cartridge and after a few months I had problems with it, somewhere between 90-95% unused. I contacted the seller (OCProducts) and he sent me a replacement toner cartridge. It also worked for a few months and then stopped working at 60% unused. When I contacted the seller again, they said they have a policy of two replacements per order. Since they sell cartridges for parts I'm stuck on a non-refundable cartridge. Is the consumer to blame? I went online and boughtโ€ฆ
