WTH happened at Revain? I pay $100 for a high-capacity HP toner cartridge and get black sports shorts? must work, not exercise. I love that your site doesn't have a basic chat feature. Complete FAIL.

I have tried many toners from other manufacturers but they always gave me some problems. Either the chips stopped working after a while or the color wasn't the same, dark gray and not really black. Finally decided to bite the bullet and spend a decent amount of money on these HP toners. Pricey but the print quality is worth it. True black, not dark grey.

GENERAL BLACK INK CARTRIDGE DEFECTIVE. I tried clearing the ports or whatever the laserjet was doing to clean itself but gave up after 4 tries. The orifices in the cartridge must be clogged, so I decided to buy an HP brand ink cartridge and guess what? The printer prints like new again! Universal ink is no more for me - I almost threw this machine in the garbage and started again with a new machine. Glad I didn't - it was one of the most expensive units on the market when I bought it.

I read that they can lock your printer for a firmware update if you don't use their cartridges so I keep paying for them. But I will not buy another HP laser printer. I compared the cost of OEM cartridges and it turned out that Brother and other cartridges are much cheaper. More importantly, while I haven't tested all other laserjets, it looks like other manufacturers won't block your printer unless you're using OEM cartridges. It was a deal breaker for me even though the quality of the printer

I am very disappointed because I received a broken expensive ink from HP. I would like Revaine to help me get my money back for my defective product, but apparently the return period for this product is only 1 month. The fact that I saw the original HP sticker on the box as you can see in the picture gave me peace of mind and decided I could open a new one and use it until my printer ran out of ink. I ordered this because there should be around 3200 pages for a black cartridge. I ran out of ink: 1576 pages in black and only 987 in magenta! It was a huge waste of money. I didn't pay $400 for all 4 and I ran out of ink after about 3 months. My old inkjet printer lasted longer and I printed the same amount of material for $65 per ink. I will never buy them again, although I think I got regular cartridges and not high-capacity cartridges, but it certainly took too long to do anything about it.
