Good laptop. I just need a big system. But it would be the perfect laptop for school work. Slim, affordable. Also very smooth, love the color and texture. Also, I got the picture as it was. He was standing on a milk jug maybe 3 feet tall and when I grabbed him he was on the porch just by the door as usual. So I don't know if she fell or if he moved her after taking the picture

I rarely write reviews, but having recently bought two refurbished and two new HP Chromebooks (all of which were due to be returned at some point), I felt the need to let others know to let how terrible they are there is. HP used to make great Chromebooks. They had SD card slots, removable/replaceable batteries, and an HDMI output. Now they only offer two USB 3.0 ports and tons of frustration. Every model I've purchased (including two of the above) crashed repeatedly, failed to load webpages…

Was very disappointed to learn that the laptop I received did not have touchscreen functionality. It also lacked an HDMI port. While overall it's still a good laptop for everything else, the two things I mentioned that were on the box but not on the laptop itself were disappointing. It was only after I checked the color by scrolling through the post that it said "color - no touchscreen". My fault for not looking closely but they should never have advertised it as such.
