Used Chromebook received without instructions and in the original sealed plastic packaging. When attempting to launch and enter an email address, this would not continue as it required the previous owner's admin account.

What's wrong: 1. gets very hot. 2. The battery only lasts 5 hours, not all day. 3. Constant freezing. 4. You cannot access or read books from your Kindel account. 4. Games run slowly and freeze frequently. 5. The only way to use anything from Microsoft is to pay more for the benefit. 6. The cursor jumps and you click on something you don't need. Bought for my first year so she can do schoolwork through Google Classroom. The computer is well made, feels robust and of high quality. The screen is a bit faded, but at $159 for a 14-inch screen, I can't get too worked up about it. I signed into my Google account and was pleasantly surprised. Chrome OS is an easy-to-use and elegant interface, and there are many great apps on Play.

After spending several hours setting this up for my mum as a Christmas present I can't connect basic headphones. The plug is blocked and does not allow a standard connection. Very disappointed.

I received my small HP Chromebook today, it took me 45 minutes to an hour to upgrade, but I don't mind, I wanted to upgrade. Setting up was so easy. I've seen others post about the screen, it didn't bother me at all, I also saw another review saying the device gets warm and it gets warm, sort of a complaint about it. I bought this solely for our daughters distance learning and it sucks. I wish I'd spent a little more and gotten a new Chromebook instead. I am extremely disappointed. If you don't mind freezing, running out of power and force closing apps then this is a great product. This is very annoying, especially when she's in the middle of a class or Google meeting with her teacher. Don't waste money.
