You get what you pay for!

Looks great with great functionality. Difficult to set up - You'll need to sign in as a guest, then go into settings and manually reset the time and date before you can set up Wi-Fi with your Chromebook. Also, the keyboard backlight is very dim and can't get Google Play Store to work, which limits your apps to Chrome Play Store only.

Pros
  • Eco-friendly: Low halogen, Mercury display-backlit, EPEAT(R) Silver Chromebook
Cons
  • Not bad

Don't waste your time.

I took a chance because it has a lot of good features and functions and is a well known brand. This thing works really well for two to three minutes when actually staying connected to Wi-Fi. I am very disappointed that I wasted a whole day trying to get this to work. I am returning this and will choose another Acer that I have used for 4 years and am still working.

Pros
  • Battery life: up to 13 hours 30 minutes (mixed use); Recharge from 0 to 50% in 45 minutes with HP Fast Charge
Cons
  • Almost never

Amazing Chromebook: PCs and Tablets

I received this Chromebook a few days ago, it took me a while to connect to the wifi but I just fixed it by logging in to the guest, then a Connected to WiFi and then completed the setup process. Amazingly fast and reliable, fast shipping and I like the backlit keyboard. Absolutely recommend to a friend. Hope that helps :)

Pros
  • Enjoy hours of work: Equipped with an Intel(R) processor, 14-inch display, stereo speakers tuned by the audio experts at B&O and a long-life battery to help you get more done and be able to have fun at the same time
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Great for school

I ordered two of these Chromebooks for my 3rd and 4th graders for distance learning this year. This is our first experience with Chrome OS. Having had a few weeks to learn and get comfortable with Chrome OS, I'm really impressed with these Chromebooks. This review is for the product, not the OS, as the Chromebook is more than capable of running the system. I don't think the hardware interferes with the software. They're lightweight and the battery lasts a lot longer than expected, but I think a

POS computers and tablets

We bought this little gem in July, on 20th August it wouldn't turn on. This isn't our first HP or any other laptop - like most Americans, we have several, but this is the MOST TERRIBLE, PRICELESS, DISAPPOINTING laptop we've ever bought. First, you can forget about printing. You can't print from a Chromebook. No imprint. Second, he stopped turning on. General. No energy. We've done all the suggested fixes and nothing. dead as a nail Third, since it's been a little over a month since purchase…

Good product but difficult to connect to WiFi

I gave this product 4 stars because it's quite nice now that it's finally connected to Wi-Fi. The 14 inch screen is perfect for me. Not too small or too big. 1080 HD is definitely worth it. Excellent sharpness and clarity when it comes to image quality. I love the keyboard. The keys feel soft and don't make much noise, and the backlit keys feel comfortable. The product remained connected to the WLAN for a good 24 hours. But after opening and turning it on, it took several hours to stay…

Pros
  • Memory: 4GB LPDDR4-2400 SDRAM (not upgradeable) and 32GB eMMC
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Fantastic Chromebook for the money. 150% satisfied

I was hesitant to buy this (my first Chromebook) as there is a wide price range for Chromebooks. However, I bought it for $250 primarily to use as a "chair" device for me and my wife for media consumption. I watch a lot of YouTube on it and surf the internet as normal. My wife uses it to surf the web, create takeout orders, buy Revain, and email. . This is probably the best computer purchase I've ever made. I had absolutely no problems connecting to multiple Wi-Fi systems. The screen is very…
