Chromebooks - traditional laptops

I love my Chromebook. I use it for grad school and it works great for what I need it for. Zoom calls are good too. There are no problems with volume and microphone.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Sad hardware

Great gift for a technically disabled relatives

dear brother George. no computer genius; but great guy. It's what you give people to surf the web and browse social media.

Pros
  • understandable also old
Cons
  • boring packaging

The slowest computer

We got this laptop at a great price and needed it for a correspondence school this year. It takes forever to load, websites just load, it crashes when found on Google for kids, and it's generally not a very good computer. For the price I could get much better.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Less than impressed!

To be honest, I didn't know how the Chromebook would differ from my HP laptop. All files are stored in the cloud, not the Chromebook, and accessed via the Google account. Office products are only available online. ABC Mis is so slow my granddaughter gets bored and leaves. I don't even recognize myself in a Zoom meeting because the picture is so blurry. That's a third of the price of my laptop, of course, but I haven't found anything it's good for yet.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Not the best

Disappointing! for traditional laptops

My previous laptop was also HP but this one underperforms. It keeps buffering and clipping, it's very hard to watch the video. I always have to clean my drive, defrag, etc. multiple times a day just to watch prime videos. Very very disappointed.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Only available in black

The quality of the camera is good for computers and accessories

I bought this computer because my last camera broke and it said it had a good quality camera and I have been using this Chromebook for 2 months had and the camera had already stopped working.

Pros
  • There is something to it
Cons
  • Can I add something

DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED PROCTOR TESTS

The computer itself is fine. I was completely misled that this is a good option for online learning. The OS doesn't support attended testing, so I can't run tests on it, making it generally useless for my purposes.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • There are cons
