My previous rating was 5 stars but I've only had it a few months, I haven't downloaded anything, I only use it for spreadsheets and now it doesn't work at all it toggles turns on automatically but just gives me an hourglass and won't turn off i spent a lot of money on it and it's already rolling dice i don't recommend it at all

The only problem I've had with this computer is that it doesn't want to stay connected to a Wi-Fi signal. All my kids can use their laptops to stream and this laptop can't find the signal. My roommate has the same laptop and is facing the same problem. I've taken my laptop to other places (friends' house, etc.) and they had the same issue with their Wi-Fi, so I know it's not a problem with my signal. When connected to Wi-Fi it works great! I saw a post on Revain and was interested. I asked the seller several times about the laptop's features and he told me that he doesn't have a keyboard backlight and everything else was the same in the release, but when the laptop arrived it wasn't. It doesn't have Nvidia, it doesn't have a keyboard backlight, that's not what it releases. I had to return it.

I ordered this device because I thought it had a touchscreen. It's not like this. I could have sworn this was said when I ordered it, having carefully researched all my options, but it may have been my fault. This laptop works well, it's pretty fast and responsive.
