While these cartridges work great on my HP printer, I'm not happy with printer manufacturers practically giving away their printers and then forcing them They only buy their expensive replacement ink cartridges (no branded or refilled cartridges). I buy 2 packs of ink for our church printer so we never run out of ink. This is an old printer and I have messed up printers before using refilled ink so I only buy real ones now. They work with no problems and every time I put in the last cartridge I order a new one so I don't run out (since several people in the building use the printer this is a must).

I couldn't print 200 pages in 3 months. I only print invoices and shipping labels and if I printed 200 pages in 3 months we would sell a lot more seats than we have sold. I bought this pack of 2 HP 901 black ink cartridges thinking they were genuine HP products; when i tried to install it on my printer it didn't align properly; The printer did not appear to "find" the cartridge. I currently have it on my printer, but every time I print a document I have to go to the "Properties" section of the print pop-up menu and reset it to "Print in Grayscale" or else it gets a weird "reddish - Brown colour.
