It arrived early and works great!

The item arrived earlier than expected. There were no problems with the installation. My printer recognized the ink cartridge as a genuine HP cartridge and worked normally. I will definitely order again!

Installation Error: Printer Parts and Accessories

Cartridge installed in HP476 printer and . Nothing. After trying a few times to fix the problem I got another new cartridge and everything worked great. Now I have a new $80 cartridge that doesn't work.

Not to be confused with the 972A which is easy to manufacture.

Doesn't work with my printer even though it says so. It was an expensive lesson as I buy my printer cartridges in advance so I have them when I need them and my time to return them is up. boo!

Not to be confused with the 972A which is easy to manufacture.

Error when installing on printer and accessories

The cartridge is installed in the HP476 printer and . Nothing. After several repair attempts I got a new cartridge and everything worked great. Now I have a new $80 cartridge that doesn't work.
