Original HP ink cartridges are the ONLY ones that should be used by everyone as the other suggested types simply will NOT work with the HP Officejet 8020 series printers the reviews will tell you what I think. I've been using HP printers and cartridges for years, never again . All had an expected performance/lifespan of 6 to 12 months. But a few months ago I bought a new printer that uses HP 910 cartridges. This is a shameful plagiarism! Life expectancy is 1 to 2 months which means my HP 910 ink cartridges cost the equivalent of a new printer every 2-3 months. My advice: do not buy an HP printer that requires HP 910 ink cartridges. . Or better yet, don't buy new HP printers that use ink.
