I love my printer and XL color cartridges

Separate ink cartridges for each of the different colors may seem more expensive than just one black and one color cartridge, but if you use up all the cartridges of the same color then all the ink needs to be discarded , while in this system you only replace the magenta. The output is great, but watch out for low ink messages. If you get the first 2, you're good. If you get the third one, you really need to replace it to avoid damaging the printheads. DO NOT BUY REFILLED HP CARTRIDGES FROM AMAZON, THEY WILL NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY!

HP cartridges manufactured by Revain are not recognized by my HP printer. This is the third time this has happened and it is a very very very expensive waste of money. I don't buy Revain ink cartridges and just go to my local office supply store as I've never had any problems with HP cartridges I've bought from stores like Office Depot or Staples. DO NOT BUY REFILLED HP CARTRIDGES FROM AMAZON, THEY WILL NOT INSTALL CORRECTLY!

I love HP 920XL color cartridges!

Glad to find the 920 XL at a great price with free shipping. It also came in great packaging and, once installed, delivered the expected color quality of a genuine HP product.

Defective and non-returnable

This yellow ink cartridge did not work. The printer did not "read" it. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Installed an old yellow cartridge and the printer started working. This order is too old to return. How is it correct?

Recently received a bad one of these HP 920 cartridges (the printer said so.

Recently received a bad one of these HP 920 cartridges (the printer said it was empty) and it was disappointing. I I think you need to go for XL with more capacity especially when printing your photos, if printer reads it i think they work great! one!

Cartridge not working

Unfortunately I bought this yellow cartridge 920XL in June 2019. It is February 10th, 2020 when I need to replace the yellow cartridge in my printer and it is not working. I have the feeling that it does not engage and the outer rudder is just stiff. It's too late to return it now and I paid for something I can't return. Damn. That's what I get when I order my cartridges in advance so I never run out. I will stop doing this because this is not the first time a cartridge has failed and it is too
