💙 HP 902 Cyan Ink Cartridge for HP OfficeJet 6900 and Pro 6900 Series - T6L86AN Review

Your records indicate that I purchased 902 HP CYAN Small Ink in July. Now, about a month later, he says I'm empty. As far as I know I printed about 100 pages in black ink and maybe 10 pages in color. I'm out of the blue. How can it be? How can I be compensated for this? I see this has happened to others. What are you going to do about it? Nothing?

I tried to contact the seller in two different ways but got a reply to a different address. Why does your Revain website contain incorrect contact information that claims to be out of date as of September 2020? Bought the product in advance when needed as I would like to have a backup. I received an error message on my HP printer stating that your product is used or counterfeit because it doesn't have enough ink. Sold as new. Very disappointing. I assume Revane is unaware of this.

HP still appears to be having problems with Cyan 902 cartridges This was the fifth failed cartridge since November from various sources including Revain and HP. We didn't have one that worked despite cleaning the nozzle heads etc. They were out of stock for several weeks. We were glad when they were available again but they have the same problem. I wonder if they used to be produced with others and are now starting to spread? We like the printer, but it's useless without cyan cartridges. It's…

The cartridge seemed to be detective as it was clogging my printer. It only happened with that color so it had to be the cartridge!

I bought this cartridge before it was empty. Use yellow and blue simultaneously in the evening 22.10. 23.10 blue no longer works. I've followed all sorts of procedures in my online HP manual, used "print doctor", wasted tons of ink - to no avail. Lesson learned. I will buy the ink locally so I can return the defective cartridge. (I'm writing this because when I look at the order I see that the return deadline is October 19th!)

Color is not consistent. Everything is blurry and light. This is not my printer - I have cleaned it and made sure everything in it is up to date. I am very dissatisfied with this product as I now have to buy another one elsewhere. waste of money.
