Don't buy, go to the store

When the cartridge arrived I opened the plastic wrap around the cartridge and the ink splattered on me. I send the product back and receive a second cartridge. The second time the ink ran out again. I'm not sure if this batch of ink cartridges is bad or normal, but I don't think I would buy HP Revain inks again.

Copy: Cartridge Failed After 30 Copies

When I installed this cartridge I checked that it was 100% full; this was not the case - about 20% of the ink was missing. I've printed about 30 pages with it since installing the cartridge and now the screen shows about 70% of the ink left; However, when I send the page to print, all I get is a blank sheet of paper. Rip off!

Looks like HP Malaysia Short Refills Ink Cartridges

It might be a management or other person in HP Malaysia (where the ink cartridges are manufactured) who need to fulfill their production quota, ship some ink cartridges determined by HP's Quality Control Malaysia was in doubt. Before that it was 2 times. I recommend you write to HP and report the problem. An older cartridge printed about 176 pages, this cartridge printed about 460 pages, not 680. Ask HP to ship you replacements and also apologize to Revain for sending them some partially filled

waste of money! in Printers and accessories

DO NOT BUY! Great at first, what a great thing, at least I thought so. I don't print a lot of pages, but I print regularly. Print quality was excellent, maximum for the first 50 pages, then it stopped printing in black. Drivers removed and reinstalled, firmware updated, printhead cleaned, printer serviced, etc. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, you get the picture. DO NOT BUY! I think I'll go back to the regular 902 cartridge. Never had a problem with the small cartridge.

It's great to have a large ink tank!

I love it! When I first got it, I began to wonder if I would ever run out of ink. Bookings and shutdowns are much less common. They're just as easy to turn off as the 902s. However, the interactive ink level indicator for the 906XL cartridge is somewhat inaccurate. You may not be as low on ink as you might think. Wait for the low ink alarm to appear on the actual print LCD screen before turning it off.

Be careful when opening.

Yesterday my printer ran out of ink and I opened up a new HP 906XL cartridge to replace it.
