Although I found the ink for my particular printer to be quite expensive, the convenience of ordering online outweighed the inconvenience of purchasing it. The quality was comparable (exactly) to what was available in retail stores, the only difference being that the retail stores are an hour away, but after the delivery time it would have been quicker to get into the story.

Bought in October, installed properly a week ago and it was a total crap - spattering toner all over the first job and every job after that. $100 down the drain. Just bought a replacement from competitor Revain.

This toner prints well but does not last as long as advertised, even when printing copies that do not require as much ink. I was not impressed with this HP toner or the printer I bought.

I planned ahead and ordered this cartridge in October. I installed it in February and it was very low on ink. Our printer kept telling us to reorder ink and we just spent over $100 on a new cartridge. I have contacted the company. They agreed the cartridge was defective and asked us to ship it back to them. I did so and they gave us $20 as a "goodwill refund". That sucks. This company sucks. Don't do business with them.
