I clicked "buy again" without realizing that this was not a repurchase but a repeat order of the product at the same price as the previous order for 2 cartridges, but this time only for 1 cartridge.

Extremely disappointed with this product. I printed 23 pages in color and then got an out of ink message. In fact, I printed another page to test, and the color was terrible. I don't have many black pages either. I placed the same order a while back and got a few more pages but not where it says. send back.

Outrageous. Running out of ink printing less than 15 color pages in 1 1/2 months now from December 31, 2019 to February 11, 2020. I will ask the seller or HP for a refund and buy another brand at a lower price and with a satisfactory quantity of ink. Also, after each print job, you get an annoying, time-consuming, and unnecessary HP pop-up that you can't get rid of. Another brand of cartridges will not smack me in the face with their promotional ideas without my consent. Kind regards. DTR

Have been using HP printers and inks for many years - Excellent quality and VERY expensive - HP now intentionally distorts printouts when using regular inks such as Greenbox! In my case - after using regular ink ($40 vs $160+) - my ink carriage print pens were destroyed. A repair that costs about $150 for parts alone. That's fair trade for you; antitrust law; and antitrust law. So what am I gonna do? Got rid of my wrecked HP ePrinter; and bought another. For my needs and price there is nothing…

My printer keeps reading an incompatible cartridge. I changed the cartridge and everything is fine. I sent the cartridge back as it was new. But the reason I won't buy an HP printer again is because of the customer service. Terrible! You can't contact tech support, they're not there. Strange or automatic voice that is useless. Product support comes first when I buy a product and need someone to talk to. I rate the service as bad.

The color ink has stopped working for a little over a month. Looks like they're dry! I can't return it (Revain said the return period has expired) so I won't be buying any more ink from Revain. Almost everything I print or copy is written in black ink. So I know I couldn't use up the paint. I'm pretty sure I've only used color ink 3 or 4 times in a month. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Sometimes it doesn't work, but mostly I saved some money and can't tell the difference in quality. However, I haven't had any luck with printers. After some setbacks and quality disappointments I decided to re-brand this toner and I was happy. I print about 10 pages a week for various reasons and the toner quality was good - it didn't dry out or dry out sooner than expected…

I don't print many colors, so I didn't use them after installation. When I first tried to print color copies, I noticed that the image wasn't captured properly. I was worried my printer was to blame. I eventually replaced it with a Walmart cartridge, tested its accuracy by printing a color wheel, and was relieved to discover that it was a bad cartridge and not my printer. If I checked it right away and found it bad, hopefully you can return it.
