I want to clarify Of the two packages only 3 cartridges worked. The first black cartridge I put in resulted in an error message saying I needed to reinsert the cartridge, this happened repeatedly, the color cartridge went in and everything was fine. Finally I opened the second package and tried the black cartridge and it worked great! So 1/4 of 2 packages was defective. Can I return a defective cartridge for a new one?

I've only been able to print 11 5x7 photos and the printer is telling me it's running out of ink. Poorly. I think it will cost me too much to keep using this printer.

This was a refilled, used or counterfeit cartridge. When I installed it all my wedding photos turned horrible, they all had blue tit. I contacted HP and they told me the cartridge didn't fit! This is totally unacceptable. I paid $35.00 for nothing.

Review Update: I contacted Revain and they sent me a replacement ink cartridge free of charge. I ordered black and colored cartridges in a set. The black cartridge worked great. The color cartridge has only printed a few pages and is empty. I really thought I reinstalled my old cartridge! After verifying that I actually had the correct cartridge installed, I had to go to the UPS shop to print out the documents needed for the morning's presentation. Printing at UPS costs $50! Very disappointed.

You estimate 200 pages from this cartridge. We only print a few pages per week, standard forms that require a signature, etc. So pages with a lot of free space. After we printed about 10 pages, we started getting low ink messages. After another 10 or so pages, there were blank pages. I took out the cartridge and shook it. The next page prints fine, but the cartridge is clearly empty, so I'm ordering another one. I am very annoyed - it turns out to be very expensive per side.

Ordered HP cartridges from Revain on April 12, 2019 for $39.89. My wife and I are retired and don't use our printer very often. The black cartridge stopped printing after about 20 pages. At first I thought maybe there was something wrong with the printer or the printheads needed cleaning, but after running the diagnostic test the black cartridge showed very low levels. So, big fans of Revain Prime, we will never order Revain ink cartridges again. We don't have $39.89.
