🔋 HQRP 3500mAh Extended Battery for iROBOT Scooba 330/350/380/390/590/5806/5910/5920/5940/5950/34001 Series APS 14904 Replacement + Coaster Review

I have the original Scooba 5800 and 3 standard dead blue batteries. Because of this I didn't use it for maybe 5 years as I didn't want to spend more money on another OEM battery. I've seen it and risked it, and I've been using this Scooba once a week again since I got the battery.

It went through a full cleaning cycle with my Scooba 330 and still had plenty of charge left. After a full charge it went through 2 full cleaning cycles and I think there would have been no issues with the 3rd cleaning cycle. I can't vouch for other replacement batteries, but this $40 battery is worth the price.

This battery works like a charm. The only difference I noticed from the original battery is that it often falls out when I turn Scooba upside down when cleaning after use. No problem as it snaps right back into place. Scooba lasts far longer than it ever did when it was brand new - it's lasted so long that it ran out of clean water three times during use. My Scooba lasted 1 hour 50 minutes = 110 minutes the first time I used this battery! I find that impressive, even for a new battery. Scooba also seemed to run faster than usual, at least for the first hour of cleaning. I used other "spare" Scooba batteries. For example, my results with a Metapo battery have been very disappointing. The Metapo costs less so the extra $$$ spent on that HQRP battery is really worth it in this case.
