Bought for my 2000 Porsche Boxster and it works like a champ. Had to buy a set of OEM DIN universal tools from Crutchfield for some VW and Mercedes models to get the radio out. The tools worked well in removing my CDR-21. It is very easy to install. The only issue I've noticed is static hissing sometimes, but I'm not sure if this is related to my cellphone. Too bad I didn't know that 7-8 years ago. I was considering replacing my radio but this little cord made a difference. No more CDs and FM.

Many years ago I bought an adapter that went to the USB port and used it with my iPhone. I recently switched to a Samsung phone but it doesn't work with this USB port.
