Another $50 and no hardware

This base station costs $50 more than what Steam is selling and comes with NO mounting hardware or screws at all. You have to do what you have to do, but they're clearly taking advantage of the current situation.

Louder than stations that come with Valve Index.

Pros: They are identical to the base stations I got from Valve. Works great. However, I have a few flaws that make me wonder if I should return them and wait for Valve to start reselling them. Cons: I bought two and both are significantly louder than the base stations that came with the valve index. Very annoying tinnitus. No fasteners! ? It cost another $50. OK dude. After all, the wire is shorter than the valve switching stations. I must be at least 2-3 meters longer. Edit: The noise isn'tโ€ฆ

Good if it works - PC

I ordered two base stations 2.0 and they arrived on time, I was very happy with the fast delivery. it was full. A thin strip of bubble wrap and that's it. The base stations were free to move about in the box they came in. I tested both and only one works. I'm surprised even one works. As for the other one, I plug it in and everything is fine for about a minute. Normally, the LED blinks blue and then turns green. After that, it flashes red, which indicates a hardware error. Really good source for base stations at higher prices

Back in June I was looking to buy two base stations for my VR setup but Valve was out of stock at the time. Raven handled it. If you set them up properly for standing or indoor use, they work great. The key point is not to leave them on all the time. The lasers inside rotate at a very high speed, and over time you will wear out the base stations. It is very important. With Bluetooth this is easy, but with a cable you have to manually turn off the power to the base stations. I left my two months

I ordered this and received a 1.0 base station

Update: After originally receiving the 1.0 base station I returned it and received a replacement which was a correct 2.0 base station. I had no trouble setting it up and it works great with my valve index and the other two bases I already had. First review: I ordered this as a third base for my new Valve Index just in case this happens to anyone else. . But what I received was actually a 1.0 base which is different from the pictures and not compatible with the 2.0 bases that came with myโ€ฆ

Pay more for an inferior product

The base station itself is exactly the same as what Valve sells. It is not my problem. My problem is that they are over $50 more expensive than the base stations sold by Valve on Steam. It wouldn't be a big deal if these base stations from HTC didn't come with objectively inferior accessories. Did you think your $200 base stations came with mounting hardware like Valve's $50 cheaper ones? Power cord: The cord that comes with these base stations sold by HTC is not only significantly shorter than

Extremely fragile and unreliable

Let me start by saying that I don't know if this is due to the product, the Revain wines or both. I bought two to start earlier this year as an update for the 1.0 models. Let's call them #1 and #2. They have been working great since purchase. Now, a few months later, I've expanded my playing space and decided to buy two more stations. They arrived and #3 worked great but #4 was flashing red from the start. Hardware error without fix. I had to look for a replacement. As soon as it arrives Iโ€ฆ
