Quality meets price

Hudson baby sleeping bags are very affordable. We bought a few and are generally happy with them. The fleece is nice and soft. Warm but not warm enough for really cold nights. Too bad the flash went the other way. I post pictures with measurements and dimensions.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Safety

Overheats babies dangerously - should not be sold

I live in Minnesota in a very cold house and use other quilted and miniature sleeping bags so I am aware of similar products. Based on the reviews I thought it would be similar to other brands I own but when I tried putting it on my son 3 times he woke up shortly after he slept sweaty and frustrated. It doesn't breathe at all and dangerously overheats babies, which is a huge risk factor for SIDS. This really needs to be taken off the market.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some issues

No problems with flash! for children

Nervous about buying this sleeping bag after reading reviews of zipper issues. I'm so glad I decided to go ahead and get it! We love it! We've been using it for our daughter for a few weeks now and we've washed it several times. We didn't have a single problem with lightning. This is a wonderful, warm, cozy sleeping bag for the winter. I want to buy another one! I love snuggling up to my daughter first thing in the morning and when she puts it on I tell her it's like snuggling up to a cloud…

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Comparable to Halo but better fabric options!

I love it! I'm used to Halo but didn't want to take them because they are so much more expensive. I have microfleece, sherpa and mink. They are all very soft. My daughter is one year old and still hates blankets because she lies on her crib when she sleeps. So we needed something for her to grow with. It suits us and offers a lot of space. It's not as big on her as I thought after opening it. But for the size of the text I also put it on my 4 year old son and he was able to stand in it. So that

Pros
  • Big selection
Cons

Stay away! Garbage! Cheap zipper makes it useless

GARBAGE. DO NOT buy this! The stuff is like that. In order to. Soft. I want to be wrapped in it. But lightning sucks. just trash. When it arrived the zipper was partially closed and already unzipped. That should have been my first clue. We fought and fixed it. We used it 3 times and once the zipper didn't work. It either gets caught in the plush or it keeps shifting. The final straw was that the zipper split in half after I gently closed it to make sure the fabric didn't snag. Our kid was stuck

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Has problems
