They were cheaper and looked good in the photo and in person. However, they only lasted less than 30 days. Others I have used (trade name) have only been changed 1-2 times over the winter. I usually start my humidifier in late November and finish it in late March. I will not buy again.

Similar to the HDC12 brand but not exactly the same. The dimensions fit a little, they came close to our humidifier, but the device didn't recognize that we had changed the filter. Seemed to work fine. However, we replaced them after a week because the device annoyed us that we had to change the filter. This purchase was a waste for us.

I bought these filters because they were much more economical compared to OEM filters as our console humidifier uses four filters at once. They needed a little extra work to fit into our unit, but that wasn't the issue. This happened when it came time to change the filters and we found that the paper had completely dissolved leaving damp paper fragments and pulp everywhere. No more "offers" for us. I recommend using more branded or original filters.

They do not work as well as the original Superwick Aircare filters. They will only humidify my house to 30-35% humidity with a low fan. The original filters easily get my house to 45-50% humidity at low fan speed. I've had the same setup for 10 years and every year genuine filters get more expensive and harder to find. I bought my unit new from Lowes 10 years ago and they stocked 4 packs for 8.99 which can now only be found on the Aircares website for 31.99. I think they want you to buy a new…

I wanted to try these as they are a lot cheaper than the big brands. After being set at 50% for about a week, she struggled to get even to 45% (I could tell this would happen because my humidifier was cycling between fan speed 1 and speed 2. I have a brand name Bought and got them today 30 minutes later they were already at 50% I've felt it several times and they always seemed to be wet on top but they just didn't release water to the humidity up to 45% so I'm not giving a 1 star rating but man

This is not a wick! After several weeks of use, our humidity stayed low no matter how much we increased the humidity on the humidifier. The manufacturer has indicated that these filters are compatible with our device. We removed the filters and found that the only part of it that was wet was right in the water (about 1 inch). The remainder of each filter was completely dry. We ordered new filters from another manufacturer and when they were installed in a humidifier, they quickly took on water…
