good juice but overpriced product is falling apart I've had to replace one and now a part is breaking? Erasing takes forever!

The decision to buy this expensive juicer was a painful one, but I've been using it every day since it arrived. It is very versatile and exceptionally easy to clean for a juicer. They're not kidding when they say the pulp comes out bone dry. He squeezes the juice out of everything. The citrus flavor is good too.

It seemed like a very good juicer to me. Spin is good, quiet, BUT! The juicer lid broke off at the turning point. After 2 calls to Revain and one to the manufacturer, I never received the replacement part and ended up having to request a refund. That means I have to print the label, pack it up, and go to the UPS. waste of time.

I bought this device in May 2018. The problems started in January. I contacted support to resolve the issue. Erica from customer service sends a message that customer service would like to show you how to use this device. I used it from May 2018 to December 2018, I could use the device without any problem, suddenly I forgot how to use the device. Repeated requests to speak to the manager went unanswered. Do not buy, breaks and no support. Spend your money elsewhere.

I like this juicer. Perfect juice and almond milk every time. I also like that you can choose exactly how much pulp you want. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it tends to clog when removing fibers from the device, especially celery. And most of it clogs under the auger, so I guess it's engineered the way it really is, but it's still weird. I think another improvement would be to adjust the juice spout and tilt the fiber chute down to allow the fiber material to come…

Great juicer, but time consuming -- 8 medium oranges only make 3 small glasses (about 20 ounces) -- takes time to peel, chop and well worth it not to prepare fruit for the crowd. Also made almond milk - what a mess! Soak raw almonds for a few hours first, then very slowly add the nuts and water to the chute.
