Fits right, not so tight that you can't put it on but tight enough that I'm sure I'll enjoy it. You must align the handles or they may not fit. As I worked on holding the handle (bucket) I realized that this was a definite helper to put in place. I usually examine everything I buy. I chose this device for several reasons.
