Worked great for a while but then kept getting formatting/corruption errors

It worked fine for a while and the transfer speed was amazing but then it kept throwing a file corruption error telling me what's new should format . Well I made a backup and reformatted it and then a few weeks later it gave me the error again. I don't have this problem with my Toshiba external hard drive. Also note that this will not work as an Xbox One hard drive. After a second reformat I decided to try it and it didn't work.

Greta cust service / great for xbox one

The first one sent me shit but the next day I had a replacement. Amazing customer service and fast delivery! Easily formatted in Xbox One and takes up minimal space. I thought I was concerned about how hot it is, but it's really hard.

This is a great value item and seems to work great. However, next time I would spend a little more money and get more storage space. You can use 35 GB memory cards for ? get, not much. 60 gigabytes is not much for an external box. However, it seems to work well and it's a really good value product. So, good to you.

Not working: External hard drives

I bought this after reading reviews that said it was easy to connect to Xbox One. After receiving it, I plugged it in and tried to connect it. Xbox didn't even realize it was connected. Then I noticed that there was a light that ONLY came on when I held the cord a certain way. We thought it was a cable issue and tried replacing the cable. The new cable didn't fit either.
