Good electrolyte replacement mix. We've been using this for years, the search and rescue team I worked with called it a drip in a bottle because it could be used on severely dehydrated people. A very light taste that takes a little getting used to, but because of that it works well without the sweet taste of mass-market sports drinks, allowing you to drink it faster without throwing up in an emergency.

Couldn't drink the first pack because of the unexpected super sweetness. Not the fault of the product. It has almost the same sweetness and taste as the glucose liquid used for patients undergoing GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test).
